I had a direct flight from ATL to HDN and back to ATL
Paul flew from Texas and met us at the Hayden airport

Paul's flight back to Texas was a nightmare. He and Julie Halladay spent the night in Hayden airport....

Black Tie rental was Excellent! They came to our condo with our rental skis. We got Premium ski @ 44.10 per day + $4 a day damage waiver for 6 days = $288.60
Insurance
AAA had Allianz Global Assistance insurance Sat 23FEB19 to Sat 02MAR19 for $37.00 each. Just for medical coverage, dont enter valuation of the trip.
On the policy - an advisory about many travel destination have a heightened risk of contracting Zika virus. That was before Corona....

In 1991, I remember skiing Steamboat in 1991. We had a ski in/ski out condo. Everyone wanted to quick for the day, but I wanted to do one more run. We did a very difficult
In 1991, I remember skiing Steamboat in 1991. We had a ski in/ski out condo. Everyone wanted to quit for the day, but I wanted to do one more run. We did a very difficult run named DROP OUT. It was on the outer edge of the ski boundary and never groomed. It was exhilarating. We stormed back into the condo, but nobody wanted to hear about our accomplishment because the Gulf War just ended on February 28, 1991.
In the map below, Buddy's Run is just above Drop Out. Drop Out was groomed and FAST and FUN!
They doubled the number of trails!
